The people who have power do not have the authority to dictate how we should view the world. They have no way of knowing what is best for everyone else. The only thing they can do is tell us to believe them so they can get away with doing whatever they want. And, since we cannot see the world as they pretend to see it, that means that we have no way of knowing whether or not what they are telling us is true. It’s just a bunch of lies.
